"OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE" AWARDS

• For booked and consumed business within one quarter in excess of $300,000, planners receive one four-night/five-day trip for two, including airfare, at any Millennium Hotel and Resort in the world. (Bookings at one or more property apply)
• For bookings in excess of $300,000 booked within any quarter but consumed at any time, planners receive a 21" plasma television set. (Bookings at one or more property apply)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Contracts for booked business cannot be combined for award purposes.
• Outstanding performance awards are based on bookings in excess of $300,000, and are limited to one award per person, per quarter.
• Trip and airfare must be booked and consumed within a year of receiving the reward.
• Awards are based on meeting planner’s total contracted and consumed eligible revenue with a quarter. Eligible revenue is contracted and consumed room revenue and contracted and consumed food and beverage revenue.
• There is a maxium rebate of $5000 at any Millennium Hotel and Resort.
• An award is given to the vendor who secures the booking for a particular event. This vendor will be identified and confirmed by the client. Only one award will be given.
• Not valid for proposed or contracted business prior to January 1, 2008. Only valid for on-site meetings booked in conjunction with guest rooms.
• Awards are based on pretax totals.
• Meeting planners who receive rewards must indicate on the original contract that they are electing to participate in the program and receive rewards.
• Terms and conditions subject to change.

AWARDS

• Awards are given when business is consumed and the master bill has been paid.
• Awards are issued quarterly (issued within 45 days after the close of the quarter).
